DO I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO SWIM TO JOIN THE SUP TOUR?
Yes.
We provide life jackets and boards are very natatorial but we encourage only people who can swim to take our tour.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE SMALL KIDS ON THE SUP TOUR?
Yes.
If both child and parent or guardian can swim, we allow smaller kids to sit on the board while an adult is paddling.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR THE INDEPENDENT PADDLER?
School kids from 7 years of age up
CANCELATION POLICY
In case of cancellation by customer except when we cannot hold tour due to the inability of the Takataki Outdoor Center, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows. Please inquire about taking tours by transferring dates.
3 or 4days before : 30%
2 days before : 50%
The day before ： 100%
DO YOU CANCEL THE TOURS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
Yes.
Due to the extreme weather conditions like typhoon, very heavy wind or storm we will cancel the tours and full refund will be provided if you don't want or don't have more time to reschedule the tour.
